Therapy Services – Perinatal, Trauma, and Couples Therapy
People usually find their way here when something isn’t working the way they expected it to, internally, in their relationships, or in how they’re coping with a major life transition.

You may be used to functioning at a high level and suddenly feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself. You may understand things logically but still feel stuck emotionally. Or you may notice patterns, individually or in your relationship, that keep repeating despite your best efforts to change them.

My work focuses on helping you understand why this is happening and giving you structured, evidence-based ways to shift it.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrates modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I specialize in perinatal mental health, trauma, and relationship work.
Trauma leaves deep scars on the mind, body, and spirit. I provide a safe space for healing and exploration. I offer tailored trauma-focused therapy sessions using evidence-based methods like EMDR and Prolonged Exposure therapy. Together, we process past experiences, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
In my couples therapy, I use the Gottman Method, a research-based approach developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, leaders in couples therapy. This method helps couples navigate their relationship's complexities by providing practical tools and strategies for building and maintaining a strong connection.
As a certified perinatal therapist, I support parents during conception, pregnancy, and the postpartum phase. Welcoming a new baby presents various challenges, and I help navigate these transitions. Seeking support is the first step toward self-healing, self discoverty and self-acceptance.
