Low Milk Supply Support Group

Kayla Ogletree, LCSW, Tiffany Haddad, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, IBCLC, and Tova McCall, LCSW, PMH-C are facilitating a free monthly low supply support group for lactating parents who are struggling emotionally with the challenges of producing enough milk for their babies. This group provides a compassionate and judgment-free space for mothers to share their experiences, receive emotional support, and learn evidence-based strategies to navigate their lactation journey.

Whether you’re experiencing guilt, frustration, grief, or anxiety about low supply, you are not alone. Our facilitators bring expertise in mental health, lactation, and postpartum support to help you process your emotions, explore practical solutions, and connect with others facing similar struggles.

Meetings are held the first Thursday of every Month at 10am EST via Google Meet, and all lactating parents seeking support are welcome. Join us to feel heard, validated, and empowered in your feeding journey—no matter what that looks like for you and your baby. Click this link to register.
